TIME TO CASH IN ON THIS BUYER'S MARKET!

This market leaves much to be desired if you are trying to sell. But if you are buying Bozeman or Belgrade real estate, now is the time!

Even though the mortgage rates are not the ideal for buyer's and its a little harder to obtain an loan. But if you have all your ducks in a row it is an excellent time to purchase real estate.

If you have good credit and have a pre-approval letter ready to go, you can cash in on a house for a great price that more than makes up for the cons in the market. Banks are selling off foreclosures at bargin basement prices and because so many people had to foreclose the homes that area available are not in the foreclosure type condition we have come to expect in years past.

People are selling now just because they have to and as a buyer you can take advantage of those savings. You may have to pay a little more in a mortgage rate but can get sometimes up to 50 to 100K off the asking price. Check with me on the property history also and we can check on the length the home has been on the market and how much they may have already come down.

Some sellers are already at their lowest price  just to get people in the door. And most are willing to negotiate any reasonable offer into terms that work with both the buyer and the seller.
